You, Your- the individual/s, company or other entity making a reservation, and/or any representative or guest thereof.

1. Welcome to Tempo – Airport Transfer & Charter services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Travel insurance

We advise you to have travel insurance that meets your specific requirements.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Airport transfers or any other services can be booked via our website or telephone. Once you have made the booking, we will contact you to validate it. Currently, we do not take payments online. Payment must be made on the same day of travel, either at the start or end of the trip, through our available methods of payment. There is no cancellation fee in place now; however, we strongly recommend that you notify us 24 hrs in advance to save our time and effort.

5. Conduct and safety

All users and drivers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited activities include harassment, illegal activities, and any behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of others. Special safety guidelines are in place for transporting children, and appropriate child seats must be used as required by law.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Users are responsible for any damages to vehicles caused by their actions. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as traffic, weather or airport security measures.

7. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled in accordance with the NSW laws and regulations.

8. Modifications to terms

 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

9. Privacy Policy

Our commitment to you is that the personal information you provide is only used for the purpose of booking. We may retain your information for future bookings or marketing purposes. You may contact us if you do not wish to receive any marketing information.
